Recently Eric Vekeman, a retired Belgian shop owner requested a
permit from his city council in order to install a garage door. Much to
his shock and dismay, his permit application was denied.
Instead
of letting that hiccup get in his way, the determined Mr.
Vekeman decided that he wouldn't let this minor paperwork roadblock get
in his way and got creative.
